PAYMENTS

Payments are made solely through BIG CARTEL payments. Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (£).

SHIPPING

We ship in the UK using Royal Mail depending on your personal preference at checkout. All orders will be shipped with a tracking number. Please ship to a daytime or business address if possible - to avoid missed deliveries. We claim no responsibly for any lost, stolen or damaged packages lost by Royal Mail. Please fully read the Royal Mail policies. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES

We are not responsible for any customs, duty or brokerage fees that may be incurred when importing goods into a different country than the EU.

PROCESSING

Allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Note: We are a small operation. All orders are normally shipped out on Tuesdays. Approximate time of transit once shipped is listed by courier when placing order. We are not responsible for any unanticipated delays.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
